چکیده

We study a cosmological model in which phantom dark energy has an interaction with dark matter by introducing a term in the equations of motion of dark energy and dark matter. Such a term is parameterized by a product of a dimensionless coupling function δ, Hubble parameter and the energy density of dark matter, and it manifests an energy flow between the dark energy and dark matter. We discuss two cases: one is that the state parameter ωe of the dark energy keeps as a constant; the other is that the dimensionless coupling function δ remains as a constant. We investigate the effect of the interaction on the evolution of the universe, the total lifetime of the universe, and the ratio of the period when the universe is in the coincidence state to its total lifetime. It turns out that the interaction will produce significant deviation from the case without the interaction. e-mail address: [email protected] e-mail address: anzhong [email protected]

Fitting Type Ia Supernovae with Coupled Dark Energy

We discuss the possible consistency of the recently discovered Type Ia supernovae at z > 1 with models in which dark energy is strongly coupled to a significant fraction of dark matter, and in which an (asymptotic) accelerated phase exists where dark matter and dark energy scale in the same way. Such a coupling has been suggested for a possible solution of the coincidence problem, and is also m...

Model of interacting dark energy in five-dimensional brane cosmology

We here investigate the model of interacting dark energy in the context of five dimensional brane cosmology. The effective equations of state of dark energy are evaluated for various choices of the variable time dependent cosmological constant. We have found that the interacting dark energy obeys the phantom divide/crossing scenario in this generalized model. It is also shown that interacting d...

N ov 2 00 6 Remarks on the Generalized Chaplygin Gas

The recent observation of accelerated expansion of the universe, concluded [1] from the study of luminosity of type Ia distant supernova, has put Cosmology in the center stage. Our inability to explain the origin of this expansion has led to the naming of this phenomenon as ”Dark Energy” effect. The coinage obviously matches the other fuzzy area in Cosmology, i.e. the existence of ”Dark Matter”...
